For Britny Flores, that spark was fitness.

She grew up in Santa Maria, California, before moving to Las Vegas at just 16 years old. Her career began in hospitality, where she quickly worked her way into management roles in resorts at a young age. Those years instilled discipline, leadership, and the importance of creating a community where people feel seen, valued, and cared for.

But it was fitness that transformed Britny’s life. What began as a personal outlet for mental clarity quickly became her purpose. She discovered the powerful connection between body and mind—and felt called to help others experience that same strength. In 2018, she became a certified personal trainer, and by 2019, after competing in her first bodybuilding show as a bikini competitor, she left hospitality to pursue fitness full-time.

Her journey only grew from there. Britny transitioned into wellness competitions, stepped into leadership as a Bootcamp gym manager, and later moved into a corporate role overseeing five gyms in Las Vegas along with several franchises in other cities. But no matter how large the role, the heart of her passion remained rooted in changing lives one-on-one.
